Wandia Nduku (they/them) is a spoken word artist from the UK living in Hamburg, Germany. They are an unapologetically Black queer migrant, who strives to find power in voicing vulnerability. Anger, pain and frustration meet love, hope and pleasure in their poetry. Since 2015, Wandia has been performing spoken word, appearing on stages in the UK, Germany and Finland. Wandia is co-creator of 'Joy Nduku', a spoken word show they devised and performed with their twin, and is currently exploring the incorporation of musical and rhythmical elements into their poetry.

Subira Joy is a queer, Black, non-binary spoken word poet and activist, based in Brighton, UK. Creator of award winning solo spoken word show, Subira, and co-creator of Joy Nduku, Subira’s work weaves together the personal and political, through experiences and imaginations, spoken with rage, softness, and laughter. Für die Vortragsreihe TROUBLE WEDNESDAY - queer and feminist perspectives on design haben wir Personen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen mit Bezug auf Design eingeladen, um ihre queeren und feministischen Perspektiven mit uns zu teilen.

Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und für alle öffentlich zugänglich, unabhängig davon, ob du an der FHP studierst oder nicht. Die Vorträge finden Mittwoch nachmittags zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr statt. Die Workshops und Vorträge sind auf Deutsch oder Englisch. Bei Fragen schreib gerne an lena.schroeder@fh-potsdam.de.

For the lecture series TROUBLE WEDNESDAY - queer and feminist perspectives on design, we invited people from different fields related to design to share their queer and feminist perspectives with us.

Participation is free and open to the public, whether you are a student at FHP or not. The lectures take place on Wednesday afternoons between 3 and 5 pm. The workshops and lectures are in German or English. For questions, contact lena.schroeder@fh-potsdam.de.

The workshop by Marie Louise Juul Sondergaard - Designing bodily fluids machines is unfortunately limited to 15 participants. Registration deadline is 28.04. If there are too many registrations we will have to draw lots and you will find out on 29.04. if you can participate.
